Operational conditions at Daihatsu between the time of the disaster and March 29 are shown below.
| March 14 – 20 | Vehicle production was halted at all plants of the Daihatsu Group (Daihatsu Motor and Daihatsu Motor Kyushu). |
| March 22 | Vehicle production using in-stock parts (parts stored at the plant), including confirmation of operation capabilities and inspection of facilities, were performed at the Oita (Nakatsu) Plant No. 1 of Daihatsu Motor Kyushu. |
| After March 25 (scheduled) |
Oita (Nakatsu) Plant No. 1 of Daihatsu Motor Kyushu will continue production to March 29, except 26 and 27. Holiday operation will not be done in all Daihatsu Plant. (on March 26 and 27) Vehicle production using in-stock parts, including confirmation of operation capabilities and inspection of facilities, will be done at the Shiga (Ryuo) Plant between March 28 and 29. Vehicle production will be halted at the Head (Ikeda) Plant, Kyoto Plant, and the Oita (Nakatsu) Plant No. 2 of Daihatsu Motor Kyushu between March 25 and 29. |
| March 26 – 27 (Scheduled; Sat. and Sun.) |
Vehicle production will be halted at all plants in the Daihatsu Group. |
